In a world shaped by AI and constant digital noise, teens face unique challenges such as mental health pressures, social media overload, and uncertainty about their future. At Kindraza, we’re building a movement to help every teen thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Through hands-on programs like babysitting, entrepreneurship, and AI ethics education, we provide real-world skills, foster emotional resilience, and create supportive communities that give teens purpose and confidence. Together, we can combat rising mental health issues, homelessness, and addiction by equipping young people with the tools to lead happy, healthy, and successful lives.

Founder’s Story
“I’m Natalia, a mom, life-long entrepreneur, and youth advocate. When I was 9, I started sewing Barbie dresses to sell to friends, and by 11, I was babysitting for neighbors. Those experiences taught me responsibility, confidence, and the pride of earning my own way. As a parent, I saw my kids struggling with the pull of screens and a world that wasn’t teaching them the skills I learned. I also saw how much parents, like me, worry about keeping our teens safe and off the screens as much as possible while they grow. That’s why I founded Kindraza—to give every teen, no matter their background, a safe space and the tools to create opportunities, build resilience, and grow into happy, well-rounded adults in the fast changing tech-driven world.”
Join me in this mission to empower teens with purpose, skills, and a community that lifts them up.
By joining Kindraza, you’re helping teens overcome the challenges of an AI-driven world and excessive screen time.

Kindraza is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants, volunteers, and community members. This policy outlines the steps we take to ensure that our programs are delivered responsibly and that all youth (ages 11–16) and volunteers are protected from harm.
All volunteers must complete the following steps before starting their role:
Application Form – Each volunteer submits a short application that includes their background, skills, and interest in supporting Kindraza’s mission.
Interview – The founder or program lead conducts a brief interview to learn about the applicant’s experience and to explain our expectations.
Reference Check (if applicable) – For positions of trust, references may be requested.
Vulnerable Sector Check – Any volunteer who works directly with youth must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) from their local police service.
Before beginning their role, all volunteers receive an orientation session covering:
Kindraza’s mission, programs, and values
Youth protection and professional boundaries
Communication and privacy expectations
Reporting concerns or incidents
Ongoing guidance and check-ins are provided to ensure volunteers feel supported and confident in their roles.
Volunteers are never to be alone with a youth participant. Activities must always have at least two adults present.
All communication with youth must occur through official Kindraza channels (e.g., group chats, email, or supervised settings).
Volunteers must treat all participants and other volunteers with respect, fairness, and kindness at all times.
Kindraza maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse.
Volunteers must report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to the founder or designated program lead.
Everyone involved in Kindraza is encouraged to help create a safe, inclusive, and positive space for learning and growth.
Volunteers agree to respect the privacy of all participants. Personal information about youth, families, or other volunteers must not be shared outside of Kindraza.
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it continues to meet the needs of our community and align with best practices in youth safety and volunteer management.
