Support young entrepreneurs at the Children’s Business Fair Toronto and showcase your commitment to empowering the next generation.
Empowering youth aged 11–16
Kindraza's goal is to support youth development by offering accessible programs, workshops, and experiences that build resilience, critical thinking, entrepreneurship skills, and community belonging; and to reduce barriers to access for low-income families. Starting in Toronto we are aiming to expand to different provinces and throughout North America.
Our plan is to also develop online programs accessible worldwide.
Raising Funds for Kindraza Non-Profit
In the next decade, technology and AI will transform or replace most jobs our teens know today. This isn’t a crisis—it’s an opportunity, but only for those prepared.
Too many teens are growing up online, caught in endless scrolling and passive tech use, missing out on real-world skills, confidence, and adaptability. Kindraza changes that.
We’re not about lectures or theory. Kindraza offers hands-on challenges, real-world problem-solving, and a supportive community to help teens build:
Critical thinking
Emotional maturity
Adaptability
Empathy
Self-regulation
These skills don’t just survive the AI era - they thrive in it.
Some teens have the spark; they just need the tools to ignite it
The Maker
A 12-year-old girl crafts macramé water bottle holders and friendship bracelets, pouring her heart into each piece. She tries selling at school—banned by a teacher. She posts on Instagram—crickets. Her creations gather dust. Kindraza would teach her how to price, market, and deliver her products, turning her dreams into real achievements.
The Hustlers
Two energetic brothers, ages 11 and 12, dream of earning money for a better phone and ice cream dates. Their window-washing “business” has posters and an Instagram account, but no clients call. Kindraza would guide them in targeted marketing, communication, pricing, and building customer trust, transforming effort into income.
The Babysitter
An 11-year-old earns her Red Cross babysitting certificate but can’t land a job. She wonders: Where do I find clients? Will they trust me? Am I ready? Kindraza teaches safe marketing, building a trusted profile, child safety, age-appropriate activities, and financial literacy—turning her certificate into real opportunities.
These teens don’t lack ambition. They lack the bridge between potential and reality, and a community of like-minded peers and mentors. Without it, many retreat to screens, missing the self-esteem, cognitive growth, and resilience that come from meaningful real-world experiences.
Every teen deserves to grow with purpose, no matter their location or family’s means.
Kindraza will provide:
In-person programs in underserved communities
Educators traveling to areas with limited teen services
Online courses and mentorship to break geographic barriers
Affordable and free access for families in need
A safe, inspiring community of peers and mentors
Our curriculum blends practical skill-building with a sense of belonging:
Babysitting Mastery: A gateway to earning, responsibility, and leadership.
Teen Entrepreneurship: Empowering teens to create, innovate, and become self-reliant.
AI-Ed for Teens: Teaching ethical tech use, critical thinking, and mental well-being in the digital age.
Wayfinders: One-of-a-kind teen travel club located in Toronto, ON teaching planning, execution, team work, and offering a crowd of like-minded motivated peers.
We call this a “living shield” - a proactive defense against screen addiction and AI manipulation. By engaging in hands-on activities that foster communication, creativity, and flexible thinking, teens strengthen their psyche and build confidence. Our programs cultivate cognitive development and robust mental health by focusing on doing, creating, and connecting beyond the digital sphere.
AI and technology are powerful tools if used with purpose. The future belongs to those who adapt quickly, think critically, and connect deeply. School alone can’t teach this. Real growth comes from doing: creating, collaborating, leading, and solving real-world problems.
AI education is critical but often inaccessible. It’s typically available to those who follow tech trends and can afford lessons costing $20–$30 per hour or to those taking free courses that aren’t age-adapted, making them hard for younger learners to grasp without an IT background. Globally, the movement for AI education is growing - China has mandatory AI classes for students as young as six, and similar efforts are emerging from Italy to California. Until AI education is widely available in schools, Kindraza aims to make it accessible to all, without financial barriers. Our age-appropriate lessons cover AI’s core principles, real-world uses, and advanced innovations as teens progress, ensuring no one is left behind.
At Kindraza, teens:
Build life-ready skills: leadership, adaptability, empathy, problem-solving
Strengthen mental health through purpose and community
Learn to use tech as a tool, not a crutch
Join a network of peers and mentors who lift each other up
I’m Natalia, a mom, lifelong entrepreneur, and youth advocate. At 9, I sewed Barbie dresses to sell to friends. By 11, I was babysitting for neighbors. Those small ventures gave me confidence, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
Today, I see my children and their friends growing up in a different world, where screens often overshadow curiosity. Opportunities for independence and real-world skills are fading. The rise of AI is a blessing, but only for those who adapt wisely. Without guidance, teens risk tech addiction, passive consumption, and declining mental health. Experts are sounding the alarm—we must act.
